I'm Julia,
an editor with a focus on creativity, conspiracy messages and disinformation.
My goal is to present complex topics in an engaging and socially relevant way.
Disinformation
During my time at Galileo, a leading German science and entertainment show on ProSieben-Sat1, I became increasingly focused on the spread of disinformation amidst the Middle East conflict. I worked with experts who specialize in the platform, the conflict, and the spread of false information on social media. The film aims to educate viewers on how to recognize and combat disinformation effectively.
Conspiracy Theories
I was then invited to join Oy Vey, a platform whose primary goal is to facilitate counter-speech against conspiracy-driven content online. This aims to strengthen a critical (social media) public.

Other Projects
During my time at UAL in London, I explored the topic of "finding antidotes to fast food". As an alternative, I highlighted Borough Market and conducted street interviews. This project aims to inspire healthier and more sustainable food choices by showcasing local markets and encouraging conscious consumer behavior.
